All Disson8Threads pieces are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or ordering errors.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify for review.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method.
